  秋天不如夏天叫渴,一著(zhù)急往往忘了喝水,容易引起體內不適。所以,秋天時(shí),千萬(wàn)別等到口渴甚至嗓子冒煙了才想起喝水。

  最好的飲水時(shí)機是,清晨起床后飲水一杯,改善一夜機體相對缺水的狀態(tài),使血液濃度稀釋。這種方法尤其對那些患有高血壓、心血管疾病以及便秘者更為有益。

  同時(shí),也要注意飲水間隔時(shí)間的均勻。人一天至少需要2000毫升水,可分4至7次攝入。一天之中,除三頓飲食攝入一定量水外,晨起、上午10時(shí)左右、下午3時(shí)左右、晚睡前等時(shí)段還要各攝入300至500毫升水。

  喝水除喝水之外,最好還要多飲茶水。茶歷來(lái)被人們視為延年益壽的飲品,有“靈丹妙藥”之效。紅、綠茶均可。老年人以飲紅茶為宜;婦女、兒童則宜飲淡綠茶;術(shù)后病人宜喝高級綠茶;便秘者喝點(diǎn)淡綠茶;胃病者最宜喝紅茶;如果是體力勞動(dòng)者宜喝濃綠茶;若是腦力勞動(dòng)者喝點(diǎn)高級綠茶,有助神思。
